The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation court administrator is required to a adjust the rates of compensation every three years to compensate for changes in the state’s average weekly wage (SAWW). The following rates will be effective for work-related injuries occuring on or after November 1, 2008 and will remain effective through October 31, 2011.
The rates of maximum compensation for temporary total disability (TTD), permanent total disability (PTD), and death benefits will increase from $577 to $683 per week. The rates of maximum compensation for permanent partial disability (PPD) will increase from $289 to $342 per week.
These rates are based on the published notice from the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission which finds the SAWW to be $682.61.
